As most of my friends know I am leaving soon for three months in Denmark. After getting laid off approximately two months ago (two hours after I bought a ticket to Copenhagen for the Christmas holiday) I took it as a sign that I need to take the next step in one of my life’s goals and spend some time in a major European city. I have always wanted to live in Europe. But in all honestly this trip is a trial run. I still have my cozy apartment in Manhattan and a little cat patiently waiting for me to come back home. If I do decide to stay in Europe after three months, well that’s a whole other post.
I was cruising the hair care aisles of Target on Monday when I stumbled across this little gem. Ok how do I say this delicately? Ummm… anyone else think this bottle looks kinda naughty? This Bed Head product is supposed to give you that: “drunk slut doing the walk of shame home” look. Hence the name -After Party. But I think you’ll agree; this party looks far from over. Rather (gulp) it looks like this ones just gettin started!
No, my name is not Margret. I just thought it would be a funny title for a first post. I loved Judy Blume as a kid so I utilize any opportunity reference her work. And since every new WordPress blog starts with “Hello World!” I though it would be a wee bit morose to merge the two together. When you have to explain a post this much it’s no longer interesting . Let’s move on.
